BotW and SMO were great games. I finished them both including all 900 korok seeds in BotW and all Moons in SMO (damn that Darker Side Moon), however, imo Horizon: Zero Dawn was the best game of 2017 and my game of the generation so far.
From what I'm seeing & reading, I think God of War could be the next "Horizon" or "TLoU" for me.
Great first party exclusives... Sony thinks they are important... Microsoft don't.
I can give you 75-80 million reasons why Sony is correct.

That's great, but let's be honest... most of us really just want Elder Scrolls VI.

I've never actually played a DQ game, but this is a day 1 buy for me.... weird. lol
I'd say PS3 and PS4 are about even right now, but with God of War, Spider-man and so many other games still to come I think the PS4 will end up being my #1.

No, just focus on the PS4 and polish that version as much as possible.
You only have to see other exclusives such as Horizon: Zero Dawn, The Last of Us, Uncharted series, God of War series, Nintendo 1st party games, etc, to realise that the highest quality games very often come from those focused on one system.
I can't say I'm a fan of this. They could have done so much more with a God of War PS4 Pro imo.
I'll just stick with my black PS4 Pro thanks.

Agreed. God of War II is my favourite in the series.
I also thought Acsension had the best combat, but the bosses and storyline weren't quite as epic as most of the other games.
